🇬🇧 This first opus "Calamites & les Calamités" is the grin of the rural landscape and of the deeply rooted customs of Périgord, one of the historic region of France who is plagued by the worst decline and seeps, till to this day, an ambient modern monstrosity.
This creaky affectation is, at first, the sobriety and then an osmosis between cynicism and nature.
Always dressed with a deeply dark cloth, this grin, once shown, will let you caress its soil, its clay-limestone ground shaped with honor by the knock-kneed peasants which unveil to your ear some aggressive touches of a definite attachment to the past.

🇫🇷 Ce premier opus «Calamites & les Calamités» est la grimace du paysage rural et des coutumes inscrites dans l'histoire Périgourdine aux nuisances de celles en proie aux pires déclins -celle qui tire la gueule face à cette laideur ambiante-. Cette afféterie grinçante est la sobriété puis l'osmose entre la nature et le cynisme.
Toujours vêtue d'une robe d'un sombre profond, une fois lancée, cette grimace vous laissera fleurer sa terre, l'argilo-calcaire travaillée en noble souffrance par ses paysans cagneux et dévoilera à l'ouïe d'agressives touches de passéisme.
